Tea meets Sicilia

Updated: Apr 7

Sicily is known for its history, architecture, vineyards, and wine. It is also one of the largest growers of citrus fruit in Italy. So, when you have lemons, you need to pair them with tea!

Here, I use the beautiful Sicilia collection from Ciao Bella. It has delightful shades of lemon yellow, sky blue, and indigo. Lemons, cactus, roses and ceramic tile make up much of the imagery. No matter how you cut it, these papers will produce lovely results. I added teacups from a Hero Arts stamp set, cut and colored with alcohol markers, and sentiments from the same set. Love the hearts extending from the teacups!

Other products used: Bazzill Card Shoppe cardstock, Tim Holtz/Ranger distress inks, nesting circle dies from Lifestyle Crafts.

Hope you are enjoying the nice weather. Here it has been hovering around Zero, which is great for January!
