Designed to create unique speckles, splatters and textures on mixed media projects with inks, paints, stains and more! To use, dip the bristles into liquid medium, hold the brush over your surface and pull the bristles back towards you with your fingers.  Quickly release the bristles to create the splatters.  Voila.  Package contains one 3 inch long splatter brush with a 4 inch long handle.
