Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks are a water-reactive dye and pigment ink fusion that creates an oxidized effect when sprayed with water. Use with stamps, stencils, and direct to surface.   These refills are designed for re-inking your pads, but they work great on their own when you use your Ink blending tool and foam pad.  Each bottle is 0.5 fl oz (14 ml)
