Napkin Decou-Page has a matte finish and is specially formulated to prevent tears when applying lightweight and delicate napkins or tissue paper to cardstock, wood, canvas, glass and more! This adhesive can be used as glue, sealer or finish. It is water-based, low odor, non-tacky, acid free and fast drying.
