Dual action permanent and semi-permanent glue in one pen.  When wet the glue is tinted blue and will create a permanent bond when used in this state.  Let dry and fade to clear for a removable tacky bond.  It is fabulous for attaching photos, cardstock shapes and embellishments, foil and so much more.  This is a fine point glue pen.
